Who we serve: True North Risk Management Services is a company focused on the needs of the professional property management community. Our sole focus is the needs of the commercial environment. We specialize in medical facilities, class A office, retail, and industrial clients.
Pricing options:
Time and material: With this program, clients are provided rates for equipment, labor, and standard deicing products per hour, bag, or ton and billing is based on usage.
Per push: With this program, bids are provided specific to each property for given levels of snow. Services are then provided resulting in fixed billing rates as determined by the amount of snow on the property for each event.
Per season: With this program, a fixed seasonal rate is provided based upon the type of property and the service level requested. The client is then provided a fixed rate for the season that will not change no matter what the season may bring.
